Our goal is to always provide our customers with the absolute best customer service and mobile audio products available, but sometimes failure of these components happens.
**NOTICE: If you were at an event and did not receive a copy of a sales invoice, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you a copy. We have had issues with printers & power access at some events which does not always allow us to provide you a printed copy of an invoice and we apologize for this inconvenience. We do provide a hand written copy at every event in that case if requested.
If we are at an event, please be patient with us, sometimes we are just not able to contact you in a normal and will do so as soon as we possibly can. Email works the best in that scenario – email@example.com.
All Focal speakers sold & installed by Soundz as part of our “kits” include a 3-year manufacturers warranty.
All Arc Audio products carry a 1-year manufacturers warranty.
All Hybrid Audio Technologies products carry a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty when installed by Soundz.
We do our best to keep down time limited, but typical warranty down time is 7-14 days with shipping.
In order for us to ensure that all problems are handled properly, we need some information from you!

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
READ BEFORE OPENING PACKAGE
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE PART SENT FITS THE APPLICATION. IF SOUNDZ MADE A MISTAKE OR SENT THE WRONG PART, WE WILL GLADLY RETURN IT AS LONG AS IT IS STILL IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE AND UNUSED. OTHERWISE, NEW PARTS STILL IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PURCAHSED WITHIN 30 DAYS CAN BE RETURNED, BUT ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE TO COVER OUR COSTS. SOUNDZ IS NOT OBLIGATED TO RUSH THE SHIPPING ON ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS.
SPECIAL ORDERED PARTS AND WHEELS CANNOT BE RETURNED. IF A PART IS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY CALL US IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT. DO NOT DESTROY THE PACKAGING OR WRITE ON IT. DEFECTIVE PARTS, INCLUDING ELECTRICAL, CANNOT BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED UNTIL THE MANUFACTURER DEEMS THE PRODUCT DEFECTIVE. AT THIS POINT, SOUNDZ CAN REPLACE OR REBUILD THE PART. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON INSTALLED PARTS. WE DO NOT REIMBURSE FOR ANY LABOR FEES OR DOWN TIME ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRODUCT WE SELL, WHETHER IT IS DUE TO WARRANTY, PURCHASING, OR SHIPPING ERRORS. WHEN DAMAGES OCCUR DURING SHIPPING, YOU MUST SAVE ALL PACKING MATERIAL IN ORDER FOR US TO MAKE A CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE A RETURN THAT FITS THE ABOVE CRITERIA, IT MUST BE NO MORE THAN 15 DAYS FROM THE SHIPPING DATE. PLEASE CALL US FOR A RMA. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE REFUSED OR NOT REFUNDED. We stand behind our “kit” to the fullest extent we are able from each of the manufacturers, as well as the portions of our kit that we manufacture in house. If those parts should fail to perform within the stated time, we will do everything in our power to reduce your valuable down time! However, we do require everyone to follow the procedure listed to obtain warranty coverage. Please read below if you feel like making changes to our product or kit, as any alteration or modification without approval will most likely result in completely voiding your warranty on the rest of the installation since we are no longer able to guarantee that those changes were made to our specifications. We sincerely hope you can understand the reasoning for this. If we are able to discuss changes before they happen, we can make sure those alterations are done in a manner that ensure a properly working system after the alterations.
IF OUR ORIGINAL INSTALLATION, KIT, OR PRODUCT HAS BEEN ALTERED, OR OTHERWISE MODIFIED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM SOUNDZ, YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID.
BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE GAINS ARE SET SPECIFICALLY TO THE HEADUNIT, A CHANGE IN HEAD UNITS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST, AND RECEIVING PROPER READJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS, WILL RESULT IN A VOIDED WARRANTY FROM SOUNDZ.
FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU PURCHASE ONE OF OUR KITS, AND CHANGE THE WIRING, CHANGED THE HEAD UNIT OR THE AMPLIFIER TO ANOTHER PRODUCT THAT WE DO NOT AUTHORIZE, YOU HAVE NOW VOIDED THE WARRANTY THROUGH US ON YOUR SPEAKERS. MAKE SURE YOU CONTACT US PRIOR TO MAKING ANY OF THESE CHANGES – EVEN IF IT IS ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS DOING THE WORK, WE MUST MAKE SURE THE PRODUCT WILL WORK WITH WHAT WE HAVE SOLD YOU! THERE IS A REASON THAT WE ONLY USE CERTAIN PRODUCTS IN OUR INSTALLS!

1) ALL PRODUCTS ARE TO BE INSTALLED BY A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL.
2) NO PRODUCT IS TO BE RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
3) PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.
4) ALL ORDERS ACCEPTED AND ALL AGREEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO DELAYS OCCASIONED BY ACCIDENT, STRIKES, FIRES AND CAUSES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
5) ANY DISCREPANCIES NEED TO BE ADDRESSED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT. CALL 605-274-3535 FOR ASSISTANCE.
6) ALL PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE.
